Dropship terms
Sell it, we ship it — direct to your customer, on your packing slip. Here are the terms.

Overview
These terms apply to resellers and dropship partners who order from BooksGoat for fulfilment to their own customers. They are in addition to our general Terms of Service.
Becoming a partner
Dropship pricing is available to approved business partners. We may ask for basic business details to set up and maintain your account, and we may decline or end a partnership at our discretion.
Pricing and margins
Partner pricing and volume tiers are confirmed on your quote or account. Prices can change with market and supply conditions; we'll give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.
Placing and fulfilling orders
You submit orders with your customer's shipping details, and we fulfil them on your behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide; we are not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect information.
Blind shipping and branding
Orders ship without BooksGoat pricing or promotional inserts so you can present them under your own brand. Custom branding options, where available, are agreed in advance.
Stock and availability
Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll offer a substitute, backorder, or refund.
Returns and issues
Returns, damages, and incorrect items on dropship orders follow our standard Returns policy. You are the point of contact for your customer, and we support you in resolving issues promptly.
Payment terms
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, dropship orders are paid at the time of order through Razorpay. Any agreed credit terms are set out in your account.
Prohibited conduct
You may not misrepresent our products, resell restricted or banned titles, or use our service unlawfully. Doing so may result in suspension or termination.
Termination
Either side may end the partnership with reasonable notice. Outstanding orders and payments remain due under these terms.
