Our promise
If something isn't right, we'll make it right. You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below.
Return window and condition
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, resalable condition — unmarked, unhighlighted, and with any shrink-wrap or access codes intact where applicable. Books showing use beyond inspection may be refused or partially refunded.
How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm the return address and next steps. Please don't send items back before you hear from us.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund your original payment method through Razorpay. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days with a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping cost, at no charge to you.
Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns, you cover return shipping. For our error or a faulty item, we cover it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our mistake.
Non-returnable items
Clearance or 'as-is' used titles sold at a marked discount, and any digital or downloadable products, are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
